Need a hand? Whether it's a billing question, a lost streak, a bug, or you just can't get past a screen — here's how to reach us and answers to the things hunters ask most.

Contact us

The fastest way to get help is email. We read every message and usually reply within 1–2 business days.

When you write in about a problem, include your World ID (found on your Profile screen), your device model, and your app version — it helps us sort things out faster.

Lives, streaks & missed days

  • You start each day with the chance to complete your daily workout. Miss it and you lose a life — run out of lives and your account hits game over.
  • A Streak Freeze (bought with gold in the Store) protects your streak for one missed day. Equip armor to absorb a missed-day hit and save a heart.
  • Lost a life to a genuine bug or outage on our side? Email us with your World ID and the date — we'll make it right.

Purchases & refunds

  • All purchases — the entry fee, gold packs, Relax Mode, and Restore Account — are handled by Apple through the App Store.
  • Refund requests are managed by Apple, not by us. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in, and select the SoloDeath purchase.
  • Bought gold or a power-up that didn't appear? Open the app, pull to refresh, and try Restore Purchases in the Store. If it still doesn't show, email us with your receipt.

Account & recovery

  • Sign in with Apple or Google to keep your progress synced. Use the same sign-in method to recover your account on a new device.
  • If your account reached game over (all lives lost), the one-time Restore Account purchase in the Store is the way back.
  • Want your account or data deleted? Email [email protected] from your registered address and we'll process it.

Apple Health (optional)

SoloDeath can read your workout and run data from Apple Health to help verify activity and show stats on your Profile. It's read-only and entirely optional — the app works fully without it. You can turn it on or off any time in Settings, or from the iOS Health app under Sharing.

Report a bug

Found something broken? Email [email protected] with a short description, a screenshot or screen recording if you can, and your device model and app version. Reproducible reports get fixed fastest.
