• You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum digital-consent age in your country) to use SoloDeath.
• You sign in with Apple or Google. Your account and World ID are yours to keep secure — you're responsible for activity under your account.
• You agree to provide accurate information and to follow our Community Guidelines.

SoloDeath is free to download and browse in spectator mode. Unlocking the full game — the daily quest, rewards, gear, and the leaderboards — requires a one-time entry purchase. This keeps the leaderboards credible by ensuring every competitor has real skin in the game. The entry is a one-time purchase that unlocks the game for your account.

• Gold packs and power-ups (e.g. Extra Life, Streak Freeze) are consumable purchases used within the app.
• Relax Mode is an auto-renewing subscription (monthly or yearly). It renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel anytime in your App Store account settings.
• Restore Account is a one-time purchase that reinstates an account after it reaches game-over (all lives lost).
• All purchases are billed to your Apple ID and processed by Apple. Prices may vary by region and may change.

Purchases are handled by Apple. Refund requests are managed by Apple under the terms of the Apple Media Services agreement and the Apple Standard EULA below — request refunds via reportaproblem.apple.com. Except where required by law, in-app currency and items are non-refundable and have no real-world value.

SoloDeath is a survival game: complete your daily workout to keep your lives, streak, and rank. Missing days costs lives, and losing all lives can permanently end an account. Cheating, automation, and exploits are prohibited and can result in lost progress or a permanent ban — see our Community Guidelines.

• Don't reverse-engineer, tamper with, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the app or its services.
• Don't use bots, scripts, or modified clients, or otherwise manipulate game state or leaderboards.
• Don't resell or transfer accounts or in-game items outside the official store.

SoloDeath is a fitness motivation game, not medical advice. Train within your limits and consult a physician before starting any exercise program. You are solely responsible for your health and safety while using the app.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or the Community Guidelines. You may stop using the app at any time and delete your account from Settings.

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SoloDeath is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

The SoloDeath app is licensed, not sold, to you. Your license is also subject to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the "Standard EULA").
